Train to Move

Recover to Perform

Unlock Your Full Potential

A recovery-first approach to mobility, strength, and longevity - So you can stay in the game longer and perform at your peak.

A smarter way to train

Injury occurs when load exceeds capacity - When you increase the capacity of a joint, you decrease the risk of injury.

At Recovery By Aya, I  help serious athletes train smarter—not harder.

Our recovery-based approach improves joint control, mobility, and strength, leading to:

  • Fewer injuries and faster recovery times

  • Increased power, agility, and flexibility

  • Longer careers with less pain and burnout

Every session builds both physical and mental resilience so your body and mind perform in sync.

Yoga (For Focus & Body Awareness)

  • Builds focus and control, reducing mental distractions on game day.

Breath Work

  • Improves endurance, recovery, and mind-body control during high stress.

Mindset + Goal Setting

  • Improves focus, confidence, and resilience through intention-setting.

Jasmine at Recovery by Aya did an amazing job working with my son during his basketball off-season. She taught him exercises to improve mobility and prevent injury, always explaining how each movement connects to what he does in a game. Every session was challenging, and the progress was clear by the end of the program. He’s stronger, more confident, and ready for the season ahead. Highly recommend!
