No. This blends mobility work, controlled movement, strength training, and intentional preparation. Some yoga principles may appear, but this is not a yoga class.
Do I need to be flexible?
Absolutely not. This program meets you where you are.
Can I do this with my current training?
Yes. This is designed to support whatever training you’re already doing.
What if I miss a class?
Replays are available in your account for 6 months, so you can stay consistent without pressure.
Is this only for athletes?
No. There are two pathways — one sport-focused, one for everyday bodies.
