Service Description
Ages 10 - 15 These Small Group Athlete Training sessions are designed for athletes who want personalized coaching with the added benefits of team energy and accountability. With no more than six athletes per group, each session allows for individual attention while fostering partnership, motivation, and shared progress. Every session is joint- or movement-specific, focusing on areas all athletes in the group have in common. This targeted approach ensures athletes are not just working hard, but training with intention and purpose. What Athletes Will Gain Increased joint strength and usable range of motion Improved balance, stabilization, and body awareness More controlled, efficient movement patterns Correction of muscle imbalances that limit performance Repair of poor movement habits that often lead to injury Greater confidence in how their body moves and performs Through guided warm-ups, joint-specific mobility work, and structured movement drills, athletes learn how to stabilize, control, and produce force safely. Hands-on coaching and real-time feedback allow for corrections in alignment, posture, and technique—helping athletes build a stronger, more resilient foundation. Areas of Focus Sessions may focus on, but are not limited to: Hips Knees Ankles & Feet Shoulders Why Small Group Training Works Athletes receive the benefits of individualized coaching without losing the power of group accountability. Training alongside peers creates consistency, focus, and shared momentum—while still ensuring each athlete’s movement quality is prioritized.
Cancellation Policy
Age Policy: To ensure collective maturity this class is limited to ages 10 -15. Attendance & Cancellations Cancellations must be made at least 12 hours in advance to receive credit for a future session. Late cancellations or no-shows will result in forfeiture of the session. Consistent attendance is strongly encouraged for optimal results. Arrival & Participation Athletes should arrive 5–10 minutes early to prepare and warm up. Late arrivals may result in reduced training time and may not be allowed to join once the session has begun, for safety reasons. Athletes must participate to the best of their ability and follow all coaching cues for safety and effectiveness. Health & Safety Athletes are responsible for informing the coach of any injuries, pain, or limitations prior to each session. Participation is at the athlete’s own risk and assumes medical clearance for physical activity. Coach’s Discretion The coach reserves the right to modify exercises, limit participation, or remove an athlete from a session if safety, behavior, or readiness becomes a concern.
