Cancellation Policy

1. Studio Use & Access Bookings grant access to the studio only during the reserved time slot. Keyless entry codes are provided upon confirmation and are valid only for the booking period. The studio is monitored by security cameras for safety and compliance. 2. Booking & Payment All bookings must be paid in full at the time of reservation. 3. Overtime & Late Fees Guests must vacate the studio by their scheduled end time to avoid penalties. A 5-minute grace period is allowed. After that: $1 per additional minute will be charged automatically. If 15 minutes over, an automatic $25 fee applies. Staying 30+ minutes over results in a full extra hour charge ($50). If a guest refuses to pay for overtime, they may be banned from future bookings. 4. Cleanliness & Damage Policy Guests must leave the space clean and organized as they found it. Any damage to studio equipment, furniture, or property will result in repair/replacement fees. A cleaning fee of $50(or more) will be charged if the studio is left in an unacceptable condition. 5. Cancellation & Rescheduling Cancellations must be made at least 48 hours in advance for a full refund. Cancellations within 24 hours will receive a 50% refund. Same-day cancellations or no-shows are non-refundable. Rescheduling is allowed one time if requested at least 24 hours before the booking. 6. Liability & Conduct Aya Flex Studio is not responsible for lost or stolen items. Any misconduct, rule violations, or unauthorized guests may result in immediate termination of the session without refund.
